Return conditions for goods of proper quality

We will exchange the goods or return the money within 14 days in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of proper quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.

Please check the goods upon receipt for compliance with the declared characteristics, appearance, absence of mechanical damage. If you notice a discrepancy, contact the contact center operator. After receiving the claim regarding the appearance, as well as the presence of mechanical damage, will not be accepted.

Important aspects of a simple return of goods:

• There should be no signs of use on the product;
• The factory packaging must be intact, so unpack carefully and gently;
• All documentation accompanying the product (label, operating instructions) must be intact;
• The returned goods must not be covered with tape to avoid damage packaging.
