Return conditions for goods of proper quality

We will exchange the goods or return the money within 14 days in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of proper quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.

After receiving the claim regarding the appearance, as well as the presence of mechanical damage, will not be accepted.
